Two things come up repeatedly in Woden. Shading, because the tree canopy here is genuinely old and a north-facing roof under a forty-year-old eucalypt is a different proposition to the same roof in Gungahlin. And switchboards, because homes of this age often need an upgrade before anything is connected. Both are answerable — but they are answerable from a photo of your board and a look at your roof, not from a phone quote.
