The age range matters. Older Belconnen homes — Scullin, Melba, Page — frequently have full switchboards that need a spare way before an inverter can be connected, and tile roofs that need proper flashing rather than a rushed job. Newer pockets like Lawson and Macquarie are typically straightforward.
